We started Annapolis Cottage Rental with the mission to provide the best Annapolis vacation rental experience for our guests. With years of experience in renting our home, we understand what it takes to make your stay comfortable.
The house was built in 1920 and one of the original homes in Eastport. We purchased it from the original owner who never updated it so it needed a lot of work and as a historic home it is always a work in progress. It is described by our guests as very quaint, comfortable and charming and convenient to everything. Once you park here is no reason to use the car again if you like to walk, that’s the charm of Eastport. Charming Eastport Annapolis cottage where you can walk to everything including the Naval Academy in Downtown Annapolis. This home is provisioned with everything you need - just bring your clothes and personals. The lifestyle is cottage cozy, simplistic and minimal and the exterior easy and carefree with English gardens framing the house. The house is light and bright with all the large windows and high ceilings. main bedroom is a king size bed and the 2nd bedroom with full size trundle twins. Main living area is one level. There are two smart TV's with Roku and channels like Prime, Netflix, Apple TV included supported by Fios high- speed WIFI included. There is an easy access alley behind the house with off street parking for two. Laundry and half bath in basement with some storage for you too. Walk to City Dock and the Naval Academy in 20 minutes or less and even West Street 5 minutes more. Owner supplies parking 2 hour city resident parking passes.
